Questions from a First Time Camper

Hey there,

I plan on going to Colorado Bend State Park this summer with my girl and I was wondering what are some things that are a must have for a couple nights of camping?

Obviously a solid tent and a sleeping bag is necessary, but are there specific brand recommendations? Also what else are some things that you would suggest to bring? I'm thinking we meal-prep our food so as to not have to deal with the clean-up of making food out there.

Anything else? Other pointers? Any help would be appreciated!
