Potential fix for Rev to make his kit more logical

First, I do not personally feel like I have a particularly challenging time dealing with Revenant's kit (mid plat if it matters), but that does not mean I think anyone else should or should not have trouble dealing with it. My suggestion is, following his lore, if his scar and obliterate abilities come from the demonic energies of the nether, that they should function differently there. I feel like scar is fine, but as the latter is usually a point, it might be changed to only go through walls once Revenant and his target are in the nether realm. Thoughts?
