Using ultimates with a Lucio/Zen Comp

When playing with a Zen/Lucio comp, what is the order of using each of the support ults and would anything change which order the ultimates go in? (like if any of the enemies use their ultimates)

I'm confused as to which one is used when while running both defensive support ults as they accomplish similar tasks of negating damage.
