Just got Morrowind, need advice on building and leveling my Khajiit Warden!

I just made my khajiit warden, super excited. I'm not sure how to build him and what things to focus on though!

I was thinking of going magicka to dps and heal with the staves, since I just love healing and druid-esque stuff. Sadly that's not the best fit for khajiit (regardless, best race) and I'm thinking, how would stamina go? I know near nothing about most of the game or character builds, this is my 1st character not counting the nightblade I deleted to reincarnate into this one.

I can't find a good leveling guilde like the ones Deltia has for the other classes! I just wanna know how different magicka and stamina are, and what I'd be doing with each so I can choose. What about guild skill lines? I reckon only a magicka build can make full use of the mages guild skills.
