First time Builder/ PC Upgrade/ Unsure on Parts

upgrading my current PC's guts, currently have a: Corsair GS800 psu and a LG BluRay disc reader/rewriter that i plan on using still and an InWin Fanqua case. Flexible on those such parts & case still. thanks, all help welcome.
