Problem with connecting bose q35 to PC via bluetooth

Hey guys,

i recently managed to work out some problems with my Bluetooth connection and managed to connect my headphones to the PC after a complete installation of the drivers and software. The problem atm is when i connect them the first time. it wont stop configuring Bluetooth even after 30 min http://imgur.com/a/xOq3I . The actual problem occur now after i shut down the PC for the first time after installing all the new driver, when i than turn on my headphones my pc will crash with a blue screen of death and i would have to reinstall all drivers again for it to work again until i shut down the pc. Currently i am using iogear micro adapter and wanted to ask is that a common problem with bose or is just the micro adapter not compatible with my headphones
