Why do my arms and fingers get extremely numb? Also my feet/toes get numb too. They don't stop tingling... That's the scariest symptoms I ever experienced- I only recently started experiencing this...

Also what's with the dry heaving? That part scares me too. Breathing makes me want to vomit.
