Best defence-oriented TW Center?

I have Jerry Lucas and McAdoo at the moment and while they are superb in attack they are not really good defending the rim. Their block skills, height and rebound capability are not that good, and even Lillard or Thomas get dunks and off rebounds from me somehow (EA being EA). So I'm thinking of getting a better defensive TW Center, like Howard (93 OVR) or Wilt (92 OVR). Which one do you reccomend?
