Rogue Legendaries 4.3 (Stealth Nerfed?)

The fangs of the father from Dragon souls has just been nerfed to being a legacy set, therefore not active. I was just wondering if the text from WoWhead is correct? Any Rogue to confirm this? Would be such bullshit if they made the daggers so they had no effect since the effect is so cool. Would also be kind of ridiculous considering there are hardly any other legendaries that needs to be a ¨set¨ except maybe the glaives, and they are not nerfed if what I have read is correct..
