Need help with my WD 4TB internal SATA hard Drive.

Hello, I need some help deciding if my HD is corrupt or something. I was facing issues where my PC would just hang up and disk usage was 100 percent most of the times. So i thought would just format my PC and start fresh. After fresh Windows 10 installation i ran HD tune Pro and found that there are some "bad sectors" in it. What should i do next? Should i replace this drive?
