Logitech G35 disconnection issues

For some reason whenever I disconnect from a voice channel with my new G35 headset, I lose connection to all my USB devices (keyboard, mouse, the headset itself) for a couple of seconds. Does this happen to anyone else, and is there a fix? I've never had this issue before with my previous G35.
