DX11 / 64bits client problem, please help

Hello,

I have a new problem since yesterday out from nowhere, i don't know what caused this issue i never encountered it before my game was working fine.

So, when i want to launch the game, simply nothing happens, but my game still appears on the task manager.

If i end first PathOfExile_x64 This appears :

If i say yes the client restart and work this time with the DirectX9ex version but this version is unplayable for me with many stuttering issues.. Trying to change the DX version inside the game doesn't change anything the game won't load the DX11 version. Tried to put the game in the firewall settings etc same thing.

I tried to reboot in Safe Mode to see if i can force the game to launch with the 64bits client and this happens :

The game stop working and windows ask me to close it and this "exception" message error aswell.

If i close the program with the error, just like with normal mode i have this message :

i don't know at all how to fix this i tried all basic stuff with the firewall and the virus scan etc nothing works, should i simply reset entirely windows ? I posted this here so if you guys can help me fix this maybe other people with the same problem might find this post aswell.
