My thoughts on Season 4...Possible Spoilers.

Okay just to say this up front and ahead of time I don't think this will have any spoilers but if there is I am warning you now...POSSIBLE SPOILERS AHEAD....

Okay now with that out of the way, I think the season started out pretty strong with the Ghost Rider arc and feeling like it was bringing in the more supernatural elements of the Marvel universe. However, take with a grain of salt because they did the same thing the movies have been doing and instead of just having magic or anything supernatural they keep half-assing it and explaining it away with some kind of 'just science we don't understand' hand waving. I would really love to see them actually just give in and finally put magic...as magic into the show.

Then came the start of the LMD arc and honestly I started to get a little annoyed at this point, I might be a little biased when it comes to episodes with the main theme of 'guess who isn't who they say.' a few times I could practically hear the 'one of these things is not like the others.' song playing in my head. Now not to be a total downer I will admit they did at least surprise me a couple of times with the reveals of who had been swapped and who hadn't so, all in all, I would say it gets a pretty solid 5/10 good writing but just came off kind of meh to me.

Then came this...I get it a lot of people have been ranting and raving about how amazing the last part of this season was, but honestly folks....honestly? I hated just about every second of it, it hit a little too close to the whole 'Captain America is a Nazi' thing from the comics that was just...aweful. However, to get back to the show it was just so....frustrating and mostly that was caused by the fact of how this is going to keep rolling next season. What I mean is that no one ever reacts to this like person, at least none I have ever known more than likely we will get some brooding and some hurt feelings leading to big emotional outbursts and speeches. Don't get me wrong all completely justified but seriously after everything has happened if someone...out of any of them doesn't beat the ever loving hell out of 'the doctor.' I am going to be really annoyed. Not to mention the fact that now we will have to go through what I am guessing is going to be a half season of 'oh no, is this real? I don't know anymore!' wha wha sessions...so yeah I will say the last part gets about a 3/10.

Other than that though I am honestly looking forward to the next season and I really hope to see some interesting plot lines moving forward.
