Loot and Degradation: Possible to degrade from just wearing?

I'm modding Skyrim again and I wrote up a memo for what I wanted to see in the game.

One of the things I wanted was for armor and clothing to degrade and break from being worn as opposed to just when hit. Does anything like that exist?
