Questions about Crohns

My GI doc thinks I might have it so I'm going to be having a colonoscopy and an endoscopy next week.

Is it normal for your C-RP and sed rate levels to only be SLIGHTLY elevated?

He did mention most patients have one of those results over 100 and mine was only like 30. (Sorry can't remember which result). They've been elevated on two separate occasions with symptoms of persistent nausea and vomiting, frequent bowel movements, abdominal cramping, fatigue. Could be a multitude of other things but Crohns runs in the family so they're checking. But the funny thing is, half the time I'm nauseous for no reason (in the morning) and the other half it gets triggered by unpleasant smells, so it seemed like pregnancy symptoms to my PCP at first. But it's not. Is this relatable? Thanks in advance.
