Laggy DC every 24hours

I have only been playing the game for 3 days but so far on every day at 8pm the game gets real laggy for a few minutes then crashes. I re log and it hangs a bit then loads into town but no players are around only npc's. Sometimes chat will work though. I can run around for a minute still with no other players and then I dc again. This happens until the next morning pretty much. I managed to fix it last night with a VPN and i'm about to do the same now but i wonder why this is happening. Game plays perfectly for 8 hours then turns to shit and is better by morning :S.
