Wearing a bow tie as a woman?

I love bow ties and would like to wear them, but I don't really know where to get one, are there even special ones for women? And how can I wear them, like what outfits are possible? Can I wear them casually in everyday life? Is it appropriate if I wear one in university or on a relative's birthday? Or is it just out of place? and my friend asked me to buy wear this type of tie
