questions for beginner

Hi guys , started 1 week ago and i was wondering about few things in the game which i will be glad to get answers.

1. does the healing of healers(of buffs) become stronger with items of magic states ? since there isn't the sign of wand like in magic atks.

2.in the event now there is a chance for ssr and sr monsters but i did about ... 250 times the second lvl (best for matirials for crafting) but i didn't found 1 monster there yet. i did the senior lvl 10 times and found the R+ lizard monster, which i want to know the what give better chance to get the fish (ssr) monster doing tons of the beginner stage for 3 stm or the senior/demi god stage. still don't have even 1 ssr monster so i really try to get one.

3.what is reroll monsters i seen ppl talk about? its the unit fusion ?

4.and whats the best way to evolve the main chr to apostle lord (takes far too long to try get the kings horn from the ice stage 6.5)
