What's the largest sized penis that can fit into a small holy trainer V2?

I really want to get one but it's so hard to measure how small dick can get because the size is always fluctuating. Can anyone make an accurate guess on the maximum size a guy can be down there and still manage to fit into the small one? I don't want be disappointed when I buy one.
