Does Indogewetrust still payout?

i r smol pupper Just started, trying out different water bowls. I understand most of them payout once you meet a certain ammount but indogewetrust appears to payout straight away but I don't seem to receive it?

Has the well run dry or is my wallet not set up correctly or something? (DGCctZ29f6ehJDUaqvSXxAdVEgAAQ3Tjma)

Much thanks ^_^
