Missing eyes and facial hair

So I have this really odd problem where the eyes of my characters are completely missing with the facial hair but it only happens in exterior cells. I've noticed its only modded facial hair though and since all the eyes are modded the same would apply to them. Seeing as I have 2 different mods for both of those I seem to be not understanding where the issue is coming from. Any help would be greatly appreciated. (sorry if I'm missing a painfully obvious solution, its 1 am and I've been trying to solve it for the past hour)
