why do some players constantly jump up and down in cyordiil?

Do they have ADHD or is there actually a bit of science to it? Or is it just one of those things the cool 1337 hax0r kids do like 360 quickscoping in call of dooty? I've noticed even when they're not in combat they'll still jump up and down from one keep to another lol
