Mining at 50 % GPU performance. Possible?

So i've got a GTX 1070 and i'm getting some nice profit while MIning over Night. My Question now is can i reduce the allocated performance for the mining task so that it only uses about 50% of the GPU? Currently I'm (for obvious reasons) not able to mine and play at the same time.
