youtube blocked...work around??

Hopefully i am in the right place now, posted this in the wrong forum before, supposedly....need a work around for youtube at work which has been blocked for awhile now,i used to use a website called>> tube.nazem.se which was great, but sadly looks to have been taken down as it doesnt load for me anymore...i cant use the sites that let you download videos or access my emails to convert the video files and view that way so would pretty much need to be any sites you guys know of where it connects to youtube through a different site...someone on another forum recommended youpak.com which loads but just a continued buffering spinning thing on the videos then says its not supported.....thanks in advance for any help, and no i dont watch youtube while working, we have down time in between projects while waiting for work to come to us so like to fill the time on there :-) thank you for your help.
