Gift ideas for my female friend

My friend's birthday is coming up soon and I want to get her flowers. I can't decide between getting her a bouquet of roses or an "Enchanted Rose" (a rose in a glass dome that doesn't die https://img0.etsystatic.com/172/1/14098245/il_fullxfull.1143590542_gc17.jpg).

The Enchanted Rose would cost $30 more, but I feel like a bouquet of roses looks better as a gift than a single rose in a dome. Thoughts?
