Need Help with my Logitech Z506 Speakers

I've has random problems with the speakers before where my PC wouldn't see it was a 5.1 set up but I recently knocked the power out of the speakers and they cut out and when I plugged them back in all of the speakers cut out at a certain volume.

If I test the audio through Playback Devices it'll make the dinging noise then cut out, then change speakers make the noise then cut out etc etc until its looped.

I've checked all the connections, I've reinstalled drives, gone through troubleshoot, disabled and re-enabled them and nothing works.

I currently have Realtek HD Audio Manager on my PC which I disabled as a test and re-enabled when it did nothing. The speakers also make this annoying high pitched whining noise consistently which I don't know how to solve either.

Any advice would he helpful, its kinda annoying playing a game or watching a show and it suddenly cutting out for 5-10 seconds and making a crackling noise then suddenly coming back in
