Document to provide for tier3 verification

Hello ! So I'd like to get tier 3 verification on my account.

I see that I need to provide proof of residence. Problem is I am still living at my parents (address provided at tier 2 verification) and the official documents are in their names.

Is it fine to provide just the official paper with my mother's name (same as mine) on it, or do I also need to prove filiation ? And in the last case, how do I do that ?
