Impossible to OC the RAM higher than 2133mhz on Ryzen ...

Hi i just bought a B350 tomahawk from MSI and a R5 1600 with a corsair cmk8gx4m2b3000c15 ram kit and i've been trying for 2 hours to OC the ram higher than the base 2133mhz clock speed and it's impossible

even 2400mhz with timings of 16-18-18-38 won't run but 2133 works like a charm

I am doing something wrong ? The kit is supposed to support 3000mhz I'm SO disapointed I feel like I waisted my money ...

Any help is super super welcomed

edit : oh god i just realised my BIOS is from teh 3rd march of 2017... is that why it's not working properly ?
