[TOMT][book] [80s] A book about a boy. It had a bunch of stories in it. More inside.

The stories were about: him having a pet skunk, running a donut store where the machine breaks and won't stop making donuts, a pied piper type comes to the town. I know there was more. Will add if I think of anything.
