Can't stop mindless button mashing

Every.Single.Match that I play, after wining the first round I can't stop myself from button mashing and throwing the match. Can't bring myself to use low-medium attacks as well, %95 of the time I'm just mashing the HK and HP buttons randomly. How did you stop(if you had) this sort of habit?
