Fps drops help plz!

So ever since ob52 release I have had fps drops every game. I will be at a steady 150 fps then every ten to 15 seconds ill freeze and fps will drop no matter if im in spawn or fighting 5v5. It is only a quick stutter that will freeze my screen and dip my fps. Then it will go back to 150 immediately. But i main androxus and this is gamebreaking for me. having your screen freeze mid dash is enough to get you killed in a 1v1. I have tried a billion fixes like restarting comp, restarting game, redownloading game, reading every online fps guide and changing settings on computer, graphics card, and in game. Nothing has helped. If anyone knows how I can fix this or let me know if they are having a similar problem I would greatly appreciate it.
