Stoned INTP (even though I don't believe MBTI is an entirely valid way of defining and reducing personality)

... Though it is still an insightful model

Oh god. I'm completed stoned right now and it's basically forced me into a state of total immersion in the present. When I try to cling too hard onto my Ti in this state, I struggle to construct a single thought since linear time feels like it has dissipated due to a significant loss in short term memory. It's even hard to write this post. And I just forgot what I wanted to say. The gravitation of the music is way too intense, as if it's forcing me into a space of pure immersion away from this computer screen as I aggressively attempt to capture all past thoughts to somehow form a coherent string of words...

Oh my god I just realised I was typing this out in the 'link' section - I was writing the title in the URL box, and the text in the 'Title' box and was wondering why the fuck it wasn't posting. The small space probably also meant that it was harder to think a linear thought since I couldn't see the sentences before the sentence I was writing.

Anyway I haven't been this stoned in a long, long time. I feel a kind of tug of war occurring in me; one part of me wants to outline what I'm thinking and another part of me wants to simply experience this moment - whatever a moment even is.

Also, I find that weed enhances my Ne, along with my lateral thinking - I'm able to make make more analogical and conceptual connections, it's brilliant.

Okay fuck this, now I am going to dance my brain out, it's funny because it was my brain typing that. My brain wants to get my brain out.... well at least the concept of my brain out

EDIT: I had another though - imagine if we were completely capable of dimming our frontal lobe activity and we were experiencing life through our primal brain - would we have a concept of time? Would we just go out and kill and fuck and eat on instinct? And the primal drive for survival would be at the centre of all our actions, but I think that this basic, primal drive for survival is still the dominant motivator today, it just manifests in more sophisticated, higher order ways.

I really agree with Hume in that reason really is a slave to our passions. Who believes otherwise and why? It seems like everything we do is done in an attempt to fulfil our needs. That there's an essential motive or need before any display of reason. Though reason is just another tool for survival which has basically evolved into this faculty which can attempt to reason its own existence and reason the concept of reason itself .... which can lead to the question of suicide lmao... so it evolves into this tool of destruction, paradoxically

... and I haven't been this happy in ages.

EDIT 2: I also find that weed decreases my empathy - for example, I'll read some tragic or extremely sad post and sometimes laugh as if everything is just absurd and non existent
