Anybody else has this problem?

So usually weekend league games can be quite tight and one goal would settle the game. So I've conceded probably 2 goals which led to two losses like this. Opponent passes the ball through and then my defender takes a dodgy touch or worse spasms when I press a button, then his son auto tackles and scores a cheesy goal.
