Only paid commission ?
I recently got hired by a company that sells stuff door to door and I was wondering about the legality of not paying at least minimum wage for the hours worked. I worked 60 hours last week ( most of that was considered " training " so my profits got cut with my trainer ) and I made only $85. They said they only have to pay commission because we are contracted by another company ( at least that's what I remember ). The minimum wage in my area is $15, and that's nowhere near it.
