[Q] Best way to cash out keys?

Hi, have been gone from trading for a while and kept a few hundred keys in my inventory for if I wanted to get back in to it, but it seems like these days have truly past.

So now I am looking to cashout my remaining keys. Is OPskins still the safest way with decent returns? My keys are mostly glove. Any help will be very much appreciated.
