[Question] Looking to buy stash tabs for the first time.

Hello, everyone! I've been playing the game for the past few leagues without any extra stash tabs. I finally decided to purchase Currency, Essence, Div Cards and a Premium Stash Tab. So... is there a set day or rotation of sales for stash tabs? I read something along the lines of "there is a discount every three weeks".
