24 [M4F] NYC. Popup issue concerning hardware. Need some fresh eyes to take a look and see if they can help?

So i have had this popup issue that occurs at the most inopportune moments and i usually can take care of it myself but its time consuming and im stuck in my room for an hour.

Is there anyone who has had this issue? I think it may be a hardware problem, maybe a port or jack is missing and i haven't plugged the right jack into the right port. If you know how to help I'd appreciate any consolation on the matter.
