What gauge needles do y'all prefer? I've got motherfucking 25s..

So I live in the UK. Scotland to be exact. There's a needle exchange here, but for quality needles (removable Terumo needle tips) the highest gauge / smallest needle are 25g. There are 27g available in one place, but they're the all-in-one insulin needles, that I find to be of worse quality and also hard as fuck to get the bubbles out of due to their shape.

I've ordered a box of 100 Terumo 30 gauge tips, but it'll take approximately 5 days to arrive..

I'm stuck with 25 gauge until then. I find these painful to use and hard to inject with unless I'm already high.. I usually end up smoking some of my H before pinning some, because that way I don't even feel any pain. Obviously though this is ends up getting me less high than if I had pinned all of it in one go.

Just wondering what your preferences and experiences are. Also, anyone here injected in the groin? I'm thinking about attempting it for the first time today. Not entirely sure if 25 gauge are big enough though, all the groin injectors round here use the blue 23 gauge needles.. Hoping that's not necessary right away.
