A new record for hyperbole

Short

Customers will always exaggerate how long they've been waiting; rounding 20 minutes to 45 and such.

To be fair, waits were long tonight. We were two waitresses and a cook down, and we had three parties of over 12 people, plus another group of 12 walk in.

HOWEVER

My new personal record for 'biggest disparity between customer's claimed wait time and the actual wait time' is 90 minute claimed wait on a 24 minute actual wait.

What's the biggest hyperbole you've heard from a customer?
