Scouting players gives potential

Much like in Football Manager, when you scout players in CM, (Not YA players, all players) you should be able to see their potential. Maybe not their specific potential, but something like Potential: 75-82, or something. Because when I sign a young player I have no idea how good he might turn out, unless they have the "Exciting prospect" thing, but even then it doesn't show up most times.

I just think it would be an easy addition that would help out a lot.
