If I'm playing a hero like Anti-Mage, should I tell my support not to stack the hard camp so I can push the wave and farm the jungle in-between waves?

Suppose I have treads and ring of health, is it better for my support to stack the hard camp so I can kill the stack after bfury, or should I tell him not to stack so I can get a quicker bfury by farming it?
