High ping problems?

Hello everyone!

Am I the only one with the ping problems? My ping in game is mostly between 200 and +800 ... I looked all over the internet and I found one thing that works for me : run cmd -> ipconfig/flushdns -> netsh winsock reset . And after the restart my ping is between 50 and 60. I need to do that every time before opening a blizzard app. My ping is normal in every other multiplayer game, so I have problems only with Overwatch. I hope someone can help me.

Please note: I am connected to WIFI (I know it sucks) and I am not using ASUS ROG gaming laptop
