Anyone have any experiences with ear keloids?

Been living with ear keloids for awhile, they're fairly large. Anyone have any experiences they wanna share or if you currently have them, or if you got them removed. I've been looking online and I haven't really read any stories of ear keloid removal in Sac (minus a few bad reviews of someone getting referred to a place by her doctor [turns out she waited a month for her appointment and they apparently dont treat keloids], or reviews from years ago). There is close to nothing. But there has to be some people dealing with it/ dealt with it in Sac right? I hope to get them removed in the near future, but as of now, money is pretty tight. But I would still love to hear any (hopefully) stories or recommended places (if im lucky). And now that I think of it, they don't have to be ear keloids, but keloids anywhere; we're in this itchy/ annoying/ painful mess together. Thanks
