Nox Bow or Staff for (mostly) slayer?

Hello!

Recently started playing again, and since my clan is apparantly dead now I'll have to turn to here to ask.

I just hit 99 slayer last night, and I'm thinking about grinding out the Slayer Codex/120. My total bank value is probably somewhere between 200-250m, but is without adding that I have full Malevolent and Sirenic armor already. For mage armor I have full Seasingers.

So, simple enough question, what would be the best between getting a Nox Staff or Bow to use while slaying and building cash for a Nox Scythe (so some bossing might be used as well)?

P.S: I'm maxed combat/pray/sum otherwise with access to Supreme Overloads and the lot.
