Questions about Swarm City

Two very simple questions.

1. Can't the site located at http://swarm.city be taken down? How is this decentralized?
2. Why can't I see any listings in #pioneer? I saw someone got a ride to the airport on Twitter. Great. When I use the website, I don't see how this is possible at all. I can't find a single listing. How am I supposed to transact if I can't see anything under #pioneer. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks
