How does Jinx's Fishbones interact with IE and the new Runaan's Hurricane?

With the bonus scaling on Jinx's Fishbones combined with IE and the change to Runaan's Hurricane's bolts being able to critically strike I was wondering how much dmg does her Fishbones do over her mini-gun? How do you maximize the dmg you get from Fishbones?
