How to classify raster by exact number of pixels in ArcMap?

Hello I have a specific problem which seems quite simple but I can't find solution. I have a NDVI floating point raster and simply want to show top 3% of the highest value, and 3% of the lowest value pixels.

The total sum of pixels is 101661 which means that I want to show 3050 highest value, and 3050 lowest value pixels. Now the closest I've come to this was to manually move the line in the classification window and try to get exactly 3050 elements in the class (shown in the bottom right), but that's not really precise.

I've also tried to split the raster into 33 quantiles and then select only first and last one but that's not really precise either. I dont' know if I'm really stupid or what, but I can't find a simple method to do that.

I believe that it should be doable with map algebra in raster calculator, but I'm not really good with that.
