How many of you do NOT eat alone?

When you're meal planning, and only rarely get interrupted by social events and having to eat with other people or cook for other people normal delicious food, I found that CICO is great. I lost 35 pounds that way. Even with a full time job. It was amazing, liberating, eating a satisfying amount of food for 1200 calories. Fast forward a few stressful months later: you can't meal prep anymore, you have to eat what's offered, you're tired of "estimating" calories compared to your scale routine from before, you have a social event around food going on every single weekend, and lots of travel. And extremely busy workdays, perhaps 13 hours workdays. And you put on ALL of that back, save 5 pounds. Simply because you lost it the first time around by being a homebody who has time to shop, wash veggies, meal prep, cook, and wash dishes.

Now I can meal prep again, and I know I can lose it, but I want to be ready for next time this happens. I don't want to keep losing and gaining the same 35 pounds. I look at this subreddit and notice that all of you eat alone, almost. At least mostly. Is that some sort of undeclared secret to success I am not aware of?
