Forearm pain after L-sit

I feel pain in my forearms immediately after I take the weight of them after an L-sit. It's a bit difficult to describe where it hurts without a picture but if I place my hand on the floor and rotate my elbow pit to point forward, the location of the pain is on the backside of the forearm next to the sharp edge on the bone. The pain isn't near my elbow nor near my wrist but rather around the middle of the forearm. This doesn't seem to be tennis or golfers elbow?

I had this same exact problem nearly three years ago and ultimately it was one of the reasons why I quit excercising for a while. Thankfully I haven't reached that point quite yet. What can I do to fix this? Surely I'm doing something wrong during the L-sits. How can I prevent this from happening again? And finally I probably need to take some time off from L-sits, but can I still continue the rest of my routine without hindering the recovery?
