Looking where to dump my scraps on / good decks to counter Skellige

Hello! I got a bunch of scraps like most of us from the new patch and I'm looking at ways to spent it. I hit 2200 mmr pre-patch but took a break because I was tired of the Nilfgaard 80%+ ladder presence. Sadly, now the same thing is happening but it is skellige this time. So instead of waiting yet another patch I want to get in their and try to counter all these filthy netdeckers (psych I netdeck a lot too >.<). What decks have you had success with? Is NR worth trying? Thanks for your answers!
